Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, I've spent over a decade inspecting homes across Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Manatee counties. Florida's climate presents unique challenges — from hurricane-rated roofing and wind mitigation to moisture intrusion and aging electrical systems — and I know exactly what to look for.
